NO SUGAR ADDED Scorchin’ Strawberry-Habanero Jam.
Ingredients: Splenda, strawberries, pectin, habanero peppers, lemon juice, monocalcium phosphate.
PLEASE NOTE: I have never made sugar-free jam before. Due to my sensitive tastebuds, I can’t eat anything spicier than water. Fred doesn’t like artificially sweetened products, so his taste testing is suspect (he does rate it a “medium” heat, though). He said that the consistency is “comparable” to the sugar-free jam you get in the store. Order at your own risk.
Supply is limited for the time being.

Not-Hot Jams and Jellies

$3.50 per half-pint. (7 available)
Jalapeno Jelly.
Fred (the hot jam connoisseur of our family) rates the jalapeno jelly as “not worth (his) time.” I, the delicate soul who’s so sensitive to heat that I complain about my mouth burning for two hours after I accidentally get the tiniest bit of habanero jam in my mouth, can eat jalapeno jelly with no problems whatsoever. I swear to you, this stuff is not hot at all - but it’s certainly tasty!
How to eat this jam: with cream cheese on crackers, on a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, or as a glaze on baked meats. However you decide to use it, it’ll be tasty!
Ingredients: bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, sugar, vinegar, water, pectin & food coloring.

$3.50 per half-pint. (12 available)
Chunky Caramel-Apple Jam.
This stuff is not hot at all - since there are no peppers in it, it would be odd if it were! I made this using the recipe on Suzanne McMinn’s site. I used diced pieces of apple instead of pureeing the apple first, so there are little chunks of apple in there. It’s so, so, so good.
How to eat this jam: on toast, on sandwiches, I bet it’d be good spread on waffles or french toast. I also bet it would be good in hand pies. However you eat it, it’ll be fabulous!
Ingredients: diced apple, sugar, brown sugar, pectin & cinnamon.
